My massage consists of a combination of Swedish (relaxation), treatment work, Shiatsu and Trigger Point Therapy, ending with some basic reflexology. Every session is different, depending on what your aches and pains are for the day.

My office is set up to help you really relax, from the moment you arrive, to the moment you leave. It is tropically warm, with a heated table as well.		It can be as light or dark as you like it, with soft relaxing music playing all the time. Or, if the waves from the ocean soothe you more, I can arrange that too. BECAUSE IT'S ALL ABOUT YOU!!
