Kids Biography
Jennifer Hopkins McCaleb, CMT, CCMT

I knew at a young age that I loved to give massages and
make people feel better, but it wasn't until my early 30's that
I decided to make a living at it.
I was working at a physical therapy office, and after one day
of watching people come in with pain, and leave smiling, I
decided- that was what I wanted to do.
So, I checked out Boulder College of Massage Therapy,
which was not only one of the best schools in the country,
but was also down the street from my house.I started the
next year.
After two years of working full time, and going to evening
school, I became Jennifer Hopkins, CMT.
After 5 1/2 years of giving human massages on a part-time
basis, I decided to expand my horizon, and became
certified in Canine Massage as well. Dogs have always
been my passion, and what better way to give back to them
then to help them ease their pain?
Now, I have a practice helping both humans and dogs.
Humans may be different than dogs in many ways, but we
have one huge thing in common-we both love massage!
Massage is hard work, but it is definitely worth it. I can't
describe the feeling I get when my clients enter their
session stressed out, and leave in a total relaxed state,
ready to take on the world again. Knowing I had something
to do with that really makes my day.
I live in Boulder with my husband, our two dogs, our three
cats, and our snake. We have a very happy life!
